Manually progressing cases

The workflow functionality automates the progression of Cases to follow predefined business processes.

If your system doesn't have Case Workflow enabled, then you will notice that the Case workflow bullets on the right-hand side of the Summary page are replaced by a Progress button. This button allows you to manually change details of the opportunity via the Progress Case page.

Changes are recorded in the Tracking tab.
