Setting a default email template

You can set a default email template which is automatically used when you create a new email. All values in the default template are copied to the new email. The System Administrator defines the list of default email templates.

  1. Click My CRM | Preferences and then click Change.
  2. Select the email template you want to set as default from Default Email Template.
  3. Click Save.
