Sorting records in a list

You can change the sort order of any list that includes an underlined column heading. This example changes the sort order of the Calendar list from Date/Time to Action type.

  1. Click the My CRM | Calendar tab.
  2. Click List View.
  3. Click the Action column heading. The Calendar list is sorted by Action. The triangle next to the column heading indicates the column by which the list is currently sorted.
  4. To change the sort order back to Date/Time, click the Date/Time column.The Calendar list is sorted by Date/Time with the most recent pending communication first.To change the sort order to ascending, click the Date/Time column again.
