Selecting a dashboard
- Click the My CRM | Dashboard tab and click the dashboard drop-down arrow. A list of dashboards is displayed.
- Select the dashboard you want to display.
Once the dashboard is displayed:
- If the dashboard selected has been created by someone else who has given you access to it, the Status bar displays the message: "Dashboard Template – you must be an Info Manager or Administrator to edit and save".
- If you still want to modify the dashboard,click Create a copy. You can modify the copy as much as you need.
