The Document Drop feature provides a short cut for linking documents, emails, or any* type of file from another application to customer data in Sage CRM. If a document is dropped onto the icon in a communication list, you can select to automatically create a new communication record. The document is saved as an attachment to the communication.

The Document Drop icon is only available when working with Sage CRM in Internet Explorer. Your System Administrator can enable/disable access to the plug-in required for Document Drop for all users from Administration. Chrome and Firefox users can use the Drop Files Here area.
