Synchronizing appointments and tasks (Classic Outlook integration)

Before you start working with the Outlook Synchronization feature, you must check that your correct Time Zone is specified in My CRM | Preferences.

• The first synchronization synchronizes:
  • Recurring appointments.
  • Appointments which have been modified in last 14 days.
  • Appointments with an end date between the last 14 days and today.
  • Tasks which have been modified in last 14 days.
  • Tasks with a status of Pending or In Progress.
• Subsequent synchronizations synchronize:
  • Appointments modified since the last synchronization get synchronized.
  • Tasks modified since the last synchronization.
