To display report output in Adobe PDF format click Print Preview on the Display Options panel. The output is displayed in Adobe PDF format.
You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your machine to view this type of report output. The Reader can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com. If you're running reports containing extended characters, you must ensure you have the Arial Unicode MS font (ARIALUNI.TTF) installed, otherwise the extended characters will not display. Report charts display as a static image in PDF files.
To display charts in a PDF report, Adobe Flash must be installed on the Sage CRM server. Ask your System Administrator to install this software.
