Changing a recurring appointment

  1. Click the appointment icon. The text on the lower part of the Scheduling panel indicates the current recurrence status of the appointment.
  2. To change the date or time or any of the recurrence details, click Recurrence.
  3. When you've made your changes, click Continue.
  4. You can edit other details of the communication, for example the attendees ,and decide if the changes apply to just one appointment or to all the recurrences for this appointment.
  5. Click Save.
  6. If you've made changes to the appointment, a dialog box opens and lets you apply your changes to This Appointment Only, All Appointments In The Series, or This and Future Appointments.

You can turn existing non-recurring appointments into recurring appointments and vice versa.
