Changing a recurring appointment
- Click the appointment icon. The text on the lower part of the Scheduling panel indicates the current recurrence status of the appointment.
- To change the date or time or any of the recurrence details, click Recurrence.
- When you've made your changes, click Continue.
- You can edit other details of the communication, for example the attendees ,and decide if the changes apply to just one appointment or to all the recurrences for this appointment.
- Click Save.
- If you've made changes to the appointment, a dialog box opens and lets you apply your changes to This Appointment Only, All Appointments In The Series, or This and Future Appointments.
You can turn existing non-recurring appointments into recurring appointments and vice versa.
