Scheduling unlinked communications

You can create new tasks and appointments, which are not linked to a company or person. This commonly occurs with internal communications.

  1. On the My CRM | Calendar tab, click New Task. The Enter New Task page is displayed.
  2. Fill in the details. Leave the Regarding panel blank.
  3. Ensure that your name is selected from the list of users.
  4. Click Save.
