Viewing solutions
User Requirements: Your System Administrator must give you rights to access Solutions
There are several ways to view solutions.
- Open a Case record and click the Solutions tab.
- Click Find | Solution.
- If you're a frequent user of solutions, you may find it convenient to view the list of all solutions currently assigned to you from the My CRM area.
- Click My CRM | Preferences.
- Click Change.
- Set Show Solutions In My CRM to Yes.
- Click Save.
