Adding documents to the Shared Documents tab

User Requirement: Info Manager with Document Library Rights

  1. Click My CRM | Shared Documents.
  2. Click Add File.
  3. Browse to the file.
  4. Click Add File to add more files.
  5. Enter the document details, such as which teams can view it, and if it's associated with a particular entity.
  6. Click Save. Uploaded documents are listed in the Shared Documents tab for all users whose primary or display team is the team associated with the document.
