Editing documents in the Shared Documents tab
User Requirement: System Administrator or Info Manager Administration Rights
- Click the My CRM | Shared Documents.
- Find the document you want to edit and click the document link.
- Click View Attachment to download the attached document.
- Open the document, make your changes, and save the document locally to your computer. Note the document filename.
- Return to Sage CRM. Click Delete and Confirm Delete to delete the existing document.
- Click Add File to upload the updated document.
- Click Save.
