Introduction to list actions

To send out a mail shot or schedule several calls in a single action, use the action buttons on the right-hand side of Search lists, Saved Searches, and the My CRM | Contacts list .

You can use advanced actions on lists in the Groups and Campaign Management areas. For more information, see Groups and Campaign management.
